Shipping Policy
Delivery is available globally and will be completed when we attempt to deliver the products to the address you gave to us or other address or location which is agreed between you and our courier. Please note that for all purchases a signature will be required upon delivery.
DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UK -
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for: £3.50.
REST OF THE WORLD*
DHL or FEDEX Express: £15
* Please note that some remote areas might have an extra delivery charge. In this case we shall contact you as soon as possible.
UK orders should arrive within two days from dispatch .
International orders should arrive within four days from dispatch.
Orders placed on a Friday* will be processed for shipment on Monday

On all orders please allow processing time 1-2 working days. Also please Note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box. We can only deliver to a property address and cannot despatch your order without a local contact number for delivery.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that all orders are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are not responsible for any import charges or local taxes for international deliveries. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and payment by the customer is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) any item you are not happy with providing you return the item to us in its original condition within 14 working days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please do email us at kyoko@kyokoclothing.com detailing the issue. Please also include your full name and order number so that we can deal with your return promptly.
Return Conditions
All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.

Please note returns postage is not covered by KYÅŒKO and will be the customer’s responsibility. We do recommend you retain a proof of postage with insured delivery option, from your chosen courier company.
